Looks yummy, but the water reminds me of the worst (no play on words!) I ever had. We were invited to dinner at our Dutch architect's home. His lovely wife prepared boerenkool stamppot. It Was Soup!!! She was so proud to be serving me something Dutch (although I had lived over 25 years in The Netherlands!). And my homemade boerenkool stamppot is never soupy ;))) Linda@Wetcreek Blog
